Welcome.
Make every visitor feel they belong from the moment they arrive.
We’re hiring
Future Perfects.
Open to a role that’s less about your credentials and more about who you are?
You don’t have to be perfect.
But some things come naturally.
Every day, people from all over the world walk into the Museum of the Future.
You’re the first person they meet, and the one they remember.
Make every visitor feel they belong from the moment they arrive.
Listen before you explain. Find out what genuinely interests them.
Turn a chat about food, a commute or a robot into a conversation about the future.
A five-year-old, a scientist, a tourist, a CEO. Each one leaves feeling welcome.
In one conversation you’re a guide, a storyteller, a conversation partner and a problem-solver. And when you don’t know, you say “let’s find out.”

Step 4
Your first shift starts in the future. Welcome the world to the Museum of the Future.
We’ve got answers
Future Perfects are part of the Museum of the Future’s Visitor Experience team, the human face of the Museum. They welcome visitors, understand their needs and help them connect with the Museum’s ideas, making every visit feel personal and engaging.
Anyone who’s curious about the world and good with people. You don’t need a museum background. We’re looking for people who can think for themselves, connect with others and bring their own personality to the experience. You don’t need to be an expert in anything, just interested enough to keep learning, whether that’s food, music, space, design, science, nature or the future of how we live.
Online applications are closed for now, but you can audition in person at one of our audition pods. Take the quiz, leave your details, and we’ll tell you where to find the pods and let you know as soon as online applications reopen.
You’ll be shown a question and record your answer on camera. The audition takes about four minutes, and there’s nothing to prepare. The questions help us get to know you through your answers.
You can visit one of our live audition booths at the following locations:
You’ll receive an email with your candidate number and Candidate File. After that, there’s nothing else you need to do while you wait for the shortlist announcement.
Applications close on 8 November. After that we choose the shortlist, and shortlisted candidates are invited to the final assessment at the Museum of the Future.
